The stem of the Falcon Goblet is actually the foot of a Gyr falcon, (pronounce "jeer"). The largest falcon, the prized Gyr is still used today in the ancient sport of falconry.
The Falcon Goblet is 7 inches tall and is hand-crafted from 10 ounces of sterling silver. A 24k gold plating on the inside of the goblet allows it to be used as a wine glass.
