The stem of the Duck Goblet is that of a Mallard, the arguably the most handsome and certainly the most popular North American duck. As with the Gamecock and Falcon goblets, the stem was first rendered as a carving in wood, then lost-wax cast. The top is then hand-spun, and the inside plated in 24k gold. About 7.25" tall, entirely of sterling silver.
