I was pleased that the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation presented one of my small sculptures to President Jimmy Carter.

The presentation was in recognition of the contributions President Carter has made towards wildlife conservation.

These are a few of the pictures taken during the event, which was held at the Carter Center in Atlanta in October of 2003.

President Carter received the Covey Rise sculpture. We made a walnut base and had two hand-engraved bronze plates for it.

We also provided a quail pin to Roslyn Carter. She didn't attend the event, but sent a kind note thanking us for the gift.
